Supported countries
Direct online ordering is currently available for Austria, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Dispatch, not delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of a paid order. This is a dispatch target, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping cost
A shipping charge applies per new device. Renewing an existing bracelet never carries a shipping charge.
